Measurements
We measure all items flat and give all relevant info in the centimeters. If you require additional information or pictures please contact us community.aid.gort@gmail.com
chest - measurement under arms
length - shoulder to hem
sleeve - shoulder to cuff
waist - when possible min and max stretch given
We give all details that are on garment label - however many vintage or handmade items don’t have any - in such cases you will find descriptions feels like cotton,etc. Preloved garment can be slightly shrunk or stretched so even when the size info is given please double check the measurements to avoid disappointment.
The mannequin we use is uk size 8
We suggest best fit size but it is not obligatory to follow it.
Items condition description:
- BNWT: brand new, never worn, with tag.
- BNWNT: brand new, never worn, but tag is missing.
- VGUC: rarely worn, has no sign of wear.
- GUC: worn, little signs of wear - might have tiny pull or pin hole
- Used Condition - perfect for dress ups or festivals,might require fixing
Dispatch time
We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Items are dispatched within 2-4 working days unless you choose the pick up in store option - item be ready for collection on next working day.
Our Policy
We hope you be happy with your purchase but just in case we offer refunds/returns/store credit when necessary.
Similar policy applies to the items purchased in our brick and mortar store.
Our returns policy for online purchases
- Returns are accepted within a 14 day period from the delivery date.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the return item arrives with us. We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items which we have not received.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition in which they were received. You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, make-up deodorant etc. Returns received after the 14 day returns period will be sent back at expense of the customer.
- The original invoice/order number has to be included with the return as it speeds up the refund process and makes our life easier. We would appreciate if you let us know which item you'd like to return and the reason why you wish to return it.
- Please indicate if you prefer an exchange / store credit or refund for your online return.
- We always ensure that the stock images on our website are a 100% true representation of the product however screen resolution can effect its appearance. We are more than happy to provide any further information/measurements that you may require.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card. If it hasn’t been completed within that time please contact us: community.aid.gort@gmail.com
- Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.
